MEET THE TEAM
Director/Consultant/Trainer: Tina Tan
Tina is a mum of 3 boys, one with ADHD, Dyslexia and ASD, and each having various mental health struggles. She is a social worker and has a degree in Psychology. She is currently pursuing her Masters of Arts in Special Education Needs under a scholarship with DAS-DAS Academy, accredited by the University of South Wales. She has been conducting parent and educator training since 2013, and is also an accredited MSF Triple P Parent trainer.
Trainer: Tan Sek Jen
Sek Jen is a dedicated mother of five, four of whom have Dyslexia, with two recently diagnosed with ADHD. As an MOE-trained educator with a Degree in Special Educational Needs, she has turned her personal experiences into a professional mission. Sek Jen founded an enrichment center that integrated evidence-based strategies to support children with reading and spelling challenges. Committed to continuous growth, she remains an enthusiastic advocate and lifelong learner in the field of special education.
Trainer: Tracy Ang
Tracy Ang is a mum of two, one with ADHD and Dyspraxia. She is currently a leadership consultant and executive coach with a leading business school. Prior to that, she worked in the finance industry for nearly two decades. She has been volunteering with SPARK (Society for the Promotion of ADHD Research and Knowledge) as an Executive Committee Member since 2022.
Speaker: Jeremy Sim
Jeremy is the owner of a videography business. He was diagnosed with ADHD at age 37. Learning more about his personal journey in light of that discovery has allowed him to use his story to inspire and inform educators and students about ADHD and inclusion matters.
Speaker: Shaun Sim
Shaun was diagnosed with ADHD and Dyslexia at age 6. He had strong support from his mother and family and went on to graduate with a double degree from SMU and SUTD under a scholarship. He is currently exploring a career in education. His openness to share about his journey in overcoming his challenges and learning to excel inspite of them has been very inspirational and impactful to educators and students.
Admin Manager: Eileen Too
Eileen is a mum of 3 boys, one of them has ASD and another has mental health struggles. She’s always eager to serve other families and we are happy to have her support Shed.
